In the event of an amendment or cancellation of an order all correspondence must take place in writing.
Once an order has shipped, any such cancellation will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and/or we will need to make a deduction to cover our shipping costs.
We don't like implementing conditions like this but most rings will be made specially for you at a cost to us - it is not an "off the shelf" item.
